Wait no longer. The FBI Anti-Piracy Warning is now available for all copyright holders.
For those are concerned about the seal affecting fair use, The FBI released this note:
"The APW seal is not intended to discourage fair uses of copyrighted materials that are consistent with U.S. law..."
However, The fair use warnings are not authorized by the FBI.
In order to use the seal you must meet the requirements:
1. Your original work must be copyright protected (No need to register a copyright for your work. Any original work is automatically copyrighted)
2. Your copyrighted work is subject to protected under the US Criminal Code provisions
3. Must not violate federal law if produced, sold, publicly presented, distributed by mail or in affecting interstate commerce.
Use the seal wisely.
Be sure to read the fine print, agree to the terms before you use the seal.
Violations for abusing this seal may result in fines and imprisonment.
