Merry Final Christmas: Trade Agreements are lumps of coal in your stocking

I hope you all have a Merry Christmas because this is the final one before our internet freedoms are taking away giving us lumps of coal of lawsuits by international corporate tribunals via investor state dispute settlement (ISDS), the outlawing of derivative works in the TPP and TTIP including cosplay and fanart.

TPP: latest leak shows that two provisions removed in the intellectual property chapter. One involves on Surgical Patent Methods that would put patients lives that depend on heart surgery in peril. Should that provision not have been removed, more patients would die. The second is the provision that would prevent certain browsers from operating, temporary storage in electronic form.

Negotiators want to make drug patents likely last up to 12 years or even make them last forever thus putting profits over health and even making people die from HIV/AIDS depriving them the treatment for the virus along with Ebola, Hepatitis, Avian flu, leukemia, etc. That is making drug patents that never expire.

But for Copyright terms the US wants to extend to 95 years, Japan wants it 100 years.  But corporations will go too far to make copyrighted material last forever even after the author expires. If they did, Disney and other companies would be in trouble for using the works of A.A Milne, Charles Dickens, C.S. Lewis, Hans Christian Anderson and even Charles Dodgson. There would also be a whole mess of lawsuits of unauthorized usage of works that was written past centuries, no more public domain.

Then the environment chapter that only covers deforestation and not including on other issues such as protecting clean water, air, and wildlife.

But I also want to point out a new leak on another international trade agreement called the Trade In Services Agreement (TISA). While copyright maximalist provisions aren't in the agreement but may likely, there are a couple of provisions in the agreement that is bad for consumers. One provision allows ISPs to establish a tiered internet or fast lanes thus putting a final nail in the coffin for net neutrality, the other is a provision that would criminalize freedom of speech and journalism on the internet.

Meanwhile, we are closer toward a path that Jeopardizes our freedoms, this is the Trade Promotion Authority or Fast Track. No filibustering trade agreements or amendments and very little time of debate, just a take it or leave it procedure.

But this is the last chance to stop it if a Fast Track bill is filibustered. all it takes is 41 Democrats to stop it

Shin chan says adios to Japan, and Hola to Mexico in the 2015 movie

Adios to Japan, and Hola to Mexico and Shin and the family move to Mexico in the 2015 movie: Crayon Shin-chan: My Moving Story, Large Cactus Attack

After more than 20 years, the movie series is moving to Mexico. So I am not sure if this film gives us a clue that the show would end at the 2014-2015 season and continue on in Spain since the show has become a big hit for the Spaniard demographic. But the series could continue on, but in Mexico as a different location due to Hiroshi being transferred. Or could be a continuation as a second series Shin Crayon Shin-Chan (hense the name of the manga which has nothing to do with it)

While Mexico, Shin gets attacked by man-eating cacti.

That's all..

Reasons Why Zynga is Likely to go out of Business

Zynga's stock has plummeted over the years. Mainstream media like CNBC, predicted the company wouldn't survive in 2014. The crystal ball shows that Zynga could go out of business sometime before Christmas or the New Year, or After the 114th Congress is sworn in.  5 reasons:

1. Zynga CEO Mark Pincus is in trouble facing a lawsuit from stock holders.

2. Zynga cannot survive without Facebook If Zynga haven't left Facebook,  it would've generate more profits.

3. Mobile Games like Words with Friends have not made a hit because some people do not have a tablet or Android phone.

4. Old games that been shuttered mainly Cafe World. But awful games like CityVille 2 didn't make an appeal to audience.

5. Best games like Farmville 2 and Castleville Legends could soon be shuttered as more cutbacks and layoffs.

Microsoft, Apple or Google could buy the company.

Why protesting against bad trade deals won't help

Couple of things to point out as we now enter darker times due to midterm election results:

Why protesting against bad trade deals will not help

Why 2/3 of Americans allowed our freedoms on the internet die, putting environmental, healthcare, and labor at risk,

Negotiations are being concluded at APEC. Some trade ministers say that a deal could be reached in the first 6 months, this however could be done in time.

And the reason why 2/3 of Americans allowed our internet freedom to die is that they stay home. If the 2/3 of Americans voted, Democrats would've held onto the Senate and the TPP deal would have died. My guess for this reason is voter suppression. 2/3 of Americans didn't vote because of state voter ID laws. I hope the DOJ will investigate the election results and declare that the midterm was rigged by voter suppression when this new DOJ head be approved by the Senate during the lame duck session. I may sound like a liberal but the DOJ is our only hope to stop the Repubs controlling both houses.

Freedoms are now dead with a GOP controlled Congress with Fast track likely to come up when the 114th Congress likely to be sworn in.

Midterm election results

The GOP wins Senate control with over 6 seats. Expected to net a total of 8 or 9 seats depending on the December Runoff. Georgia did manage to avoid the runoff and it's quite surprising that they also have gained a net of 2 governor seats mainly pick up of 4 seats. It's rare that a GOP win in Maryland despite that the projections would result a Mod Dem Hold/Lean Democratic. The latest poll shown that Lawrence (Larry) Hogan Jr. leads incumbent Anthony Brown by 5%.  Incumbent Governors in Florida and Kansas, turned out that they won despite of their vulnerability in polls.

Senate Result

GOP: 53 or 54 (Depending on the Louisiana December runoff)
Dem: 44 or 45
Ind: 2

Governorship Result

GOP: 31
Dem: 18
Ind: 1

That was a good midterm. Colorado had a good battle, though it's still a toss-up state.

Final Projection for Senate and Governorship

Polls will soon close between this evening and through the overnight hours. Voting count could take as long as a day.

Meanwhile, Georgia and Louisiana are likely to go into a runoff ruling out that either candidates will win and avoid the December and January runoffs.

Final Senate Projection:

GOP: 52
Dem: 45
Ind: 3

Since the GOP are taking the Senate, Angus King is likely to caucus with the party but will vote with the Democrats to block cloture on Legislation.

New projection in Senate shows Democrats maintain control by Biden's tie breaker

New projection shows that Democrats has a chance to maintain control of the Senate by Biden's tie breaker.

New polls average polls show Alaskan Incumbent Begich is now back in the lead by over 2 percent.

The only way for this to happen is that Michelle Nunn wins the November election avoiding a runoff. But this might not happen should Michelle Nunn and David Perdue go into a runoff and should Perdue win the runoff it would give the GOP the narrow majority.

The only reason for Democrats to maintain control by Biden's tiebreaker is to stop Fast Track (Trade Promotion Authority) and the TPP otherwise it would give the GOP the advantage and give President Obama what he wants.

Senate Projection:

GOP: 50
Dem: 47

Early voting has started

Early voting has started so get out and vote.

In the Gubernatorial election,

In the Senate race,

In Colorado, Gardner losing ground as Incumbent Tom Udall is close to safe his seat and neither for Joni Ernst in Iowa, one resident says that she's old-fashioned.

No final projection for the Senate yet  But in Louisiana Jungle Primary polls show that both Incumbent Landrieu and Challenger Cassidy are likely heading for a runoff as neither of them don't reach 50%.

Update for Governor Race:

Connecticut flips back and forth.

Now we have challenger Charles Baker in Massachusetts leading incumbent Martha Coakley.

Projection

GOP: 29
Dem: 20
Ind: 1

Update Senate Race:

So it looks like that the GOP will have a small control of the Senate. For Fast Track Trade Authority, it might be impossible for McConnell to get it to Obama's desk due to a filibuster because Joni Ernst who said in her campaign that she's against the TPP and Fast Track and Rand Paul will both likely to vote with the Democrats to block cloture. Second, McConnell could consider on changing the filibuster rule back to 60 for executive nominees, but changing the rule for legislation may give Reid a taste of his own medicine but it would screw us all as it makes it more easier for Obama to get Fast Track. Furthermore, Mississippi Supreme Court judge hasn't ruled if there was voting fraud, likewise Travis Childers who is a southern democrat, would win and save the Democratic control by a tie-breaker through Vice President Biden. But then, Georgia is still likely going into a runoff because neither both Daivd Perdue or Michelle Nunn have 50% of the voters. Nunn may not win Georgia in January runoff even if polls show that she's ahead of Perdue.

I will explain what else the TPP can harm.

Latest TPP Leak could stifle consumer speech, Journalism, and endanger healthcare, Michelle Nunn turns Georgia Blue

New leak in the TPP trade agreement is very worse according to sources Techdirt, the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), and Knowledge Ecology International (KEI)

The US and Japan would rather see patients die without having surgery by opposing an exclusion for surgical method patents. Doctors would end up losing their medical license and even end up in prison plus loyalty for performing surgery on a patient without permission from the surgical patent holder.

Also affordable medicines to treat HIV/AIDs and vaccines would be difficult more people will die and even be more vulnerable to viruses such as Hepatitis A, Influenza, or H5N1.

Also the leak TPP contains a section that will stifle consumer speech and freedom of the press. Protecting Trade Secrets. Just like linking to copyright material that can get you banned from Facebook, Twitter, and Google but also eventually shuts down alternative resources, New American, Infowars, Russia Today, Free Speech TV that airs Democracy Now! which covered the TPP.

And to make this ridiculous, PolitiFact denies that the TPP would harm healthcare, freedom of the press and free speech on the internet and even consumer criticism. Why is that? PolitiFact supports the corporations.

Smart Track = DUMB TRACK

No fast tracking. No to TPP. Tell Congress to stop the TPP.

Senate race update:

They said "It couldn't been done" but it did. Michelle Nunn has turned Georgia blue but Democrats wouldn't hold their breath. It's unknown whether Michelle Nunn could win the November 5th election avoiding a January runoff as other media sources say neither Nunn or Perdue would get 50 percent and would have to go into a runoff. If Nunn could sway the Libertarian voters since Amanda Swafford poll is six percent, then the runoff would be avoided and Nunn would win.

Democrats likely to take control of the State board of Governor by Tie Breaker

New projection now show that Democrats are likely to take control of the State Board of Governors by tie breaker, and Alaskan Independent Bill Walker likely to caucus the Democrats along with his running mate. Just like the way the Senate goes in case of a 50/50 with independents usually caucusing with the Democrats.

Kansas and Maine keeps flipping back and forth.  But some polls show that Maine residents favor Elliot Cutler who was endorsed by Senator Angus King. Should Cutler win Maine, he would become the Second Independent Governor.

However, we will be watching two states and at least one of them will break the tie whether Fred Duval will win Arizona or Jason Carter win Georgia.

Projection

GOP: 25
Dem:  24
Ind:  1

Speaking of the Senate, former GOP South Dakotan Independent Larry Presler, one poll shows that 54% of South Dakotans deciding to vote for him. Should Democrat Mike Michaud drop out, Pressler would be the second independent to win South Dakota. Pressler will likely caucus with the Democrats since he endorsed President Barack Obama in 2008, but he might caucus with the GOP if they control 51 seats, but he would vote with the Democrats to filibuster any bills they put on the Senate Floor.

TPP is about dead some sources say, others basic agreement to be finalized

There are some good news and some bad news. Some sources say that the TPP is dead.

This could be good news because Japan has a strong stance on its agricultural products. Other groups including labor unions, non-profits organizations, and some manga authors who enjoy seeing people support their work show strong opposition against the TPP.

Some other sources say that they will likely reach a basic agreement, this is bad news.

The leaked IP chapter of the TPP is worse it could overturn the Alice corp v. CLS bank decision you can go to prison for installing Linux over Windows and every open source software you have installed including Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome on your computer. The TPP would also create a dress police making cosplay a felony, you could even get fined for singing a copyrighted song in public, and even you could go to prison if you or your child doodle a copyrighted cartoon character. Deviantart would be removing the fan art category and be force to police their website and ban users for having or uploading fan art. Facebook, Google and Twitter would become the copyright police to ban people for linking to a news article.

Even if a basic agreement is reached, Fast track (Trade Promoting Authority) would need to be renewed before the TPP is submitted, Congress cannot look at, amend, or filibuster it and they only have 20 hours of debate and they have to approve it by an up and down vote. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid promising not to bring a fast track bill up to the floor won't be able to if the GOP takes the Senate, he could filibuster fast track, Senator Wyden who controls the trade committee would be given to Senator Orin Hatch who is the co-sponsor of Fast Track with Senator Baucus who is now the ambassador to China. The GOP controlling the Senate which would likely give Obama fast track.

Wyden's Smart track bill which is a watered down version of Fast track, calls for transparency and to address currency manipulation.

GOP may likely to take control of the Senate but Democrats might take control of the Governorship

GOP may look confident that they would take control of the Senate because Tom Udall of Colorado who was safe now is likely to lose his seat to his opponent Cory Gardner as well as the Incumbent Governor Hickenlooper to Beauprez  Now in Iowa, Joni Ernst is back leading Bruce Braley by 1.5 percent. But Democrats may have a chance to control the Board of Governors. They need Florida, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

In Wisconsin, Incumbent Scott Walker and opponent Mary Burke are tied by average, but monthly average shows Burke leading Walker by 0.8 percent.  In Georgia, latest polls shows Jason Carter ahead of the incumbent Nathan Deal by 1 percent but average polls show that Deal has a slight lead. Average poll in Florida shows Charlie Crist trailing incumbent Rick Scott and in Michigan Mark Schauer leading Snyder by 1 percent but average polls shows him trailing the incumbent by 2.5 percent.

Update:

Colorado gubernatorial race shows that the Incumbent Hickenlooper is gaining to save his seat over the Beauprez' IUD controversy during the Colorado gubernatorial debate. The Incumbent trails the challenger by 2.2 percent. New projection update comes later.

GOP likely to take control of the Senate

Alaska Sullivan is now back in the lead by 3 percent which now gives the GOP the control of the Senate with Arkansas, Colorado, and Louisiana.

The New Projection shows:

GOP: 51
Dem: 46
Ind: 3

Independent Angus King would caucus with the GOP but vote with the Democrats to block bills by filibuster and vote to approve Executive nominees. McConnell will likely change the votes for Executive Nominees back to 60, but he would change the votes for legislation to a simple majority

Democrats could save the Senate depending on the Mississippi Supreme Court decision on the runoff That Chris McDaniel challenged which was previously rejected by a judge and now appealed. Attorneys of Incumbent Thad Cochran tells the court to reject and uphold If the Mississippi Supreme Court rules in favor of McDaniel, another election would begin according to the Mississippi state election laws and Travis Childers would win. But if the court upholds the previous decision.

Mid-term election update

The Senate Race now hangs in the balance of Kansas determines whether Chad Taylor's name remains in the ballot or is removed.  If Kansas Supreme Court rules that Taylor's name remains in the ballot, the GOP will likely take control in the Senate. However, it would be a tie and it would likely be controlled by the democrats since Vice President Biden is the President of the Senate, Taylor name is removed from the ballot.

In order to avoid getting a tie breaking decision, the Kansas Independent might decide to caucus with the republicans on other issues. Then you have Independent Angus King who said he would caucus with the GOP but still would vote with the Democrats.

But then you have Mississippi which could turn blue depending on Chris McDaniels' challenge on the GOP primary results. The only thing that would keep the GOP held seat if the Mississippi Supreme Court judge rejects and agrees with the other judge's rulling. Currently McDaniel before Incumbent Cochran's win made racist remarks

In the Gubernatorial elections, there is a possibility that Democrats may take control of the board of governors.  Pat Quinn the incumbent of Illinois who was in trouble of losing to his opponent Republican Bruce Rauner, now has a good chance to safe his seat and win his second term. David Ige who won the Democratic primary is poised to hold the Democratic seat that was held by the incumbent Neil Ambercromie. In Arizona, it is a toss-up battle between Doug Ducey and Fred Duval. Previous average poll shown that Duval poised to win the seat for the democrats has now been flipped back to a GOP hold for Ducey. In Alaska, Independent Bill Walker who was formally a GOP contender in the primary is leading the incumbent Sean Parnell by 3 points. It is expected that Walker would caucus with the Democrats since his running mate Byron Mallot (D) dropped out of the race and helping him win. The battleground states we are watching is Florida, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

Update: New poll shows that Begich is back in the lead of Sullivan by 5%. It is expected that Kansas Independent will likely caucus with the Democrats to avoid a tie breaker.

Big cable wants people in rural areas to suffer by Per-sub fees for satellite

this is bad news for people who live in rural areas where cable service is unreachable. Big cable ACA is applauding the FCC for introducing a per-sub fee on Satellite services which people in rural areas can see a huge fee in their bill ranging from $10-$500. To make matters worse Big Cable would demand the FCC to apply the per-sub fee rules to online video distributors.

Big Cable are supported by ruralphobic city slickers.

Response on Kawaiibunny3 on Miracle Dream Minky Momo

Images from 2004 Manga Spin-Off/Reboot - “Miracle Dream Minky Momo”
I have no idea what the story is about or how it ties in with the original Minky Momo. So here’s the summary from Wikipedia.jp for someone with better Japanese skills than me.

My Response to Kawaiibunny3 on the Third Minky Momo called Miracle Dream Minky Momo:

Miracle Dream Minky Momo was supposed to be the continuation of the first Two Momo series starts where the Third Momo from a dream Kingdom of the mountains "Rurinarsa" to pick up where the Two Momos left off, the First was killed a toy delivery truck and the Second stayed behind and lost her fairy magic. The Third Momo unlike the other two who have a Minky Wand, has a magical leaf called a Minky Leaf which gives her like the other two the ability to transform into an adult. The Third Momo also has magical animal friends, a seal, a squirrel, and a hatched baby flying chick but they don't have names. Unfortunately, this Third Momo project was cancelled after Shudo the Scriptwriter and producer Minky Momo and Pokemon died from lung cancer due to his excessive smoking. Thus the Third Momo from Rurinarsa was only seen in the manga

I don't know why Wikipedia hasn't updated the Minky Momo article to mention the cancellation of the Third Momo Project due to the creator's death. I left a message on the talk page but I will have to remind them again.

UPDATE: My bad Shudo did not create Momo. Ashida was the creator of Minky Momo who died a year after.

RIP Robin Williams

Robin Williams who was known as Mrs. Doubtfire and the Genie was found dead two days ago in his home. His neighbors called 911. The Sheriff reported that it was suicide.

News reports said that Robin Williams recently done cocaine.

Now folks, many liberals will say that Cocaine is safe and should be legalized. It's not. Cocaine is bad, it's illegal, and it will damage your life.

The Question is who will play the Genie in future Kingdom Hearts games?

Goodbye our dear original Genie, Al and Jasmine will miss you.

Yu-Gi-Oh BAM closes on Sept 30

Unfortunately for BAM players on Facebook and Kongregate, this is sad news that Yu-Gi-Oh BAM will be closing on September 30th. The reason why the are closing is because these cheaters. Cheaters have been using illegal hacks that is screwing other players and it's causing Konami to lose profits. Cheaters use illegal hacks to get free Duel Points.  So have fun until it closes.

Before I go let me warn to all of those. Using game hacking software to get free virtual money in game is illegal. Moderators that operate MMORPG games monitor users to see if they are playing fair and buying virtual money responsibly. But if they use a hack to get free virtual money, they are BANNED from the game, they may get BANNED from the internet, and possibly get arrested because using illegal hacks to get free virtual money is theft.

So...

PLAY FAIR
BUY VIRTUAL MONEY RESPONSIBLY
DO NOT USE HACKS.

RIP NESbox

It appears copyright maximalists the ESA have shut down NESbox and forced them to remove all the game

Here's the notice from the website FAQ:

Nesbox got 'Notice of Infringement' from Entertainment Software Association (ESA). They want to remove from the Website all links to unauthorized copies of ESA-member content.

There goes our only source to play NES games online. Goes to show how copyright maximalists does this to shut users out who want to play for free.

And to make matters worse the VNES project and Playr is shut down as well.

The last item on their list is force Deviantart to remove the fan art category and ban people from uploading fan art.

Here's the infringment notice:

We are writing on behalf of the Entertainment Software Association (“ESA”), a U.S. trade association that represents the interests of the leading publishers of interactive games for video game consoles, personal computers, handheld devices and the Internet. ESA member companies include, but are not limited to: 505 Games, Activision Publishing, Inc., Blizzard Entertainment, Capcom USA, Inc., Electronic Arts (EA), Epic Games, Inc., Konami Digital Entertainment, Microsoft Corporation, Namco Bandai Games America Inc., Nintendo of America Inc., SEGA of America, Inc., Sony Computer Entertainment America, Square Enix, Inc., Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and Ubisoft Entertainment, Inc. We are authorized to act on behalf of the ESA members identified above to protect their intellectual property rights in published works when such works are subject to copyright infringement. We are writing to notify you of the extensive infringement of ESA-member copyrights that we believe in good faith to be occurring by virtue of the operation of the website, nesbox.com (“Website”).

During a recent review of the Website, we identified a large volume of links to unauthorized copies of video games, many of which are published by ESA members.

We request that you take immediate steps to remove from the Website all links to unauthorized copies of ESA-member content. Please confirm for us when the removal of infringing content is complete.

We are providing this notice based on our good faith belief that the use of video game software owned by ESA member companies in the manner occurring on the Website is not authorized by the copyright owners, their agents, or the law. The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, we are authorized to act on behalf of ESA’s member companies, which own or control exclusive rights under copyright that are being infringed in the manner described herein. By providing this notice, neither ESA nor its members waive any claims, rights or remedies. All such claims, rights and remedies are expressly reserved.

Update: There was  server issues with VNES and Playr. But I will still monitor both sites as the ESA is likely targeting them as part of their "Notice and Stay down" procedure. VNES requires Java folks so play at your own risk as Oracle has been slow at patching the security holes. Today they patched 22.

For SNES games, it's still ruins on flash at the Letsplaysnes website, but it won't last that long as that site is targeted by the ESA. 1980games is playable but like I said again and I'll say it this for the last time, "PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK".

Update 2: 404 error on the VNES site. So looks like the games are taken down..

Stop the Fox/Time Warner buyout

This Time Warner buyout by 20th Century Fox is putting Cartoon Network in Jeopardy. In fact, if this deal is approved just like the Comcast/NBC merger, and the buyouts of Comcast/Time Warner Cable and AT&T/DirecTV that will be approved in the days to come by these same corrupted government system run by corporate funded Congress both Left and Right, The FCC, FTC, and the DOJ, Cartoon Network would get rebranded as FX Toons although it might be a good thing to see Bobby's World, Camp Candy, and Taz-mania returning to TV and even we may see Fox Kids returning as a cable channel, however Toonami on Adult Swim will be cancelled again. The good news is, Time Warner refused Fox's offer at $80 a share, but it not lasting long

So if you care about Toonami shows, please sign this petition and tell the DOJ to block the deal. Our voice must be heard And sign this petition and tell Time Warner to keep fighting against the deal and say "Time Warner is NOT FOR SALE".

They can sell to Google, Yahoo, or CBS, Tribune, Saban Brands or Sinclair. But not Fox.

Digimon Fusion and Yu-Gi-Oh Zexal will still continue to run on Nicktoons. Toonami announced that they will run DBZ Kai which will likely replace Bleach after it's finished.

The era of TV we already seeing is being replaced with online streaming. So the sweet golden memories of SATAM from the 60s to today is long gone and buried. I don't know if CN is going to run Sonic X since they are going to start broadcasting the CGI, Sonic Boom this Fall.

RIP SATAM TV  (1964-2014)

Response to Nangbaby's Tumblr blog

I read this on Nangbaby's tumblr page (in Italics)

That’s another consequence that you overlook.

The episodes of the dub have been pulled off YouTube for years now; people just re-upload them. The dub still uses the animation from TOEI so they can file a complaint and the episode is gone.  YouTube also automatically blocks certain copyrighted footage so it’s not as easy to slide things past the roadblocks as it used to be.

First of all, The new dub will be on Hulu not YouTube. I doubt however the DiC/CWi dubs will get taken down as well as the Fighter4Luv's Sailor Stars fandub (which I have enjoyed).. And that's what all the weeaboos want.  Some anime fans are half Japanese and taken the language to learn their own heritage and some don't even know about their heritage because one of their parents who are Japanese immigrants may have passed away or separated from the other parent from another country after they were born, because of that they don't know the language from their Japanese parent's side and  they won't understand a word from a natural born person who thinks he/she is Japanese .

The Caucasian who pretends to be Japanese is an insult, offensive and racist to Japan's nationality, sovereignty, and patriotism. Anime and manga even J-pop are just for entertainment like Western/European cartoons, comics, and Country/Heavy Metal/Hip hop. They don't know what Japan's real culture is. Japan has traditional tea ceremonies, old Japanese folk music, and anything that is non-modern Japanese culture. They never read what Shintaro Ishihara had said about the Tsunami. He said it was "A punishment from God." Do you really want to be like this neo-Imperialist loon? If you don't, then stop it.

There are women from Southeast Asia and Australia that have been living in a nightmare about Japan's dark past and it continues to haunt them for decades.. I am an American, I love anime and manga, but I don't pretend that like I'm Japanese.

If anything, with a new license, TOEI and VIZ going to go even harder after unauthorized reproductions of the anime — which now includes the dub— even more, not less. Don’t think torrents and such will be exempt; there’s going to be a Sailor Moon lockdown. This includes fan projects.
What’s going to end up happening is more things will get erased, not less.  The irony is that in getting a new dub that is uncensored, you effectively censor the old dub and prevent it from being seen widely again…ever.

Fan projects like fan art and fan fiction are not going to be taken down, not yet, there is currently a trade agreement that is becoming a complete bad deal called the TPP (also known to myself as the IP Maximalist Treaty) and it won't be complete without the Trade Promotion Authority or "fast track" and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said he will not allow a fast track bill to be voted on the senate floor. House Democratic Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi  said she is against fast track. But then Senator Wyden disguises the fast track bill as "Smart Track" The reading of the whole bill is exactly the same. I hope Mr. Reid upholds his position. But now I monitoring the DiC/CWi dubs and the Fighter4Luv fandub. I might stumble upon some of the old dubs (Edited first season and Sailor Moon R) at the flea markets.

The old dubs and F4L fandub with the English names will remain legendary.... to me at least.

No matter how the weeaboos want to call the heroine in the series. Usagi is still Serena to me, That's their opinion on what they choose, let me and nangbaby keep the English names. And political attacks on the series should be avoided, Uranus and Neptune can be either cousins or have the same sex relationship. Fisheye can be either Male or Female. Both of them are fine whatever on either side wants. But remember, Sailor Moon was not meant for perverts. The first dub was for girls of 8 years old or the original Japanese is for girls of 18. Sailor Moon is fiction. Remember that now.

Next thing these weeaboos want is for Viz to take Pokemon (Kanto to Kalos)  and revert it back (redub it from scratch with the character's original Japanese names and revert the title back to Pocket Monsters) with the 4 banned episodes, including the racist Jynx which was edited to avoid conflict with the African-American, and the Epileptic Porygon that was responsible for the children of having seizures in Japan, The inflatable cross dresser James, and the Safari zone game warden shooting at Ash and the gang with his rifle.

I dare you weeaboos to do that, do it and you'll destroy the Pokemon franchise and every fan who loves the series that currently remains as the 4Kids/Pokemon Company dubs will hate you and call you "weeaboo trash" on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Toonzone, Yahoo groups, Google Plus, and Tumblr.. So keep your hands off Pokemon, please.

Update: I was right about the DiC/CWi dubs being taken down. So I am still watching the rest get taken down.

Viz Acquires Sailor Moon Series and returning it to it's original glory.

When I say original glory, that means no more English names, no more Neptune and Uranus being cousins

While the DiC/Cloverway dub isn't that bad, Viz is sticking to the original plot, original Japanese names (Usagi, Ami, Makoto, Rei, Minako, Cooan, Beruche, Setuno, Chibi-usa, etc.), and sticking to Sailor Neptune and Uranus original relationship with uncut scenes and also they will be dubbing Sailor Stars and maybe Sailor Moon Crystal after the reboot series is finished.

No word if the series comes back on Toonami in it's original form. But I would love to see that.

But I will always keep the DiC/Cloverway dub in my heart.

Viz should dub Goldfish Warning with cast:

Wapiko - Stephanie Sheh

Chitose "Chii-chan" - Michelle Ruff

Windows XP ends on April 8, 2014

The support for Windows XP will end next month and Microsoft wants you to upgrade or buy a new computer, if you haven't spend all of your tax refund. But there are alternative operating systems

Linux

Ubuntu

Lubuntu - Lightweight version of Ubuntu

ReactOS - Windows NT-based operating system. This is still in alpha. You may want to test it with a live CD or on Virtualbox because it still has a lot of more kinks to work on. Using Adobe Flash and Java on this operating system will not work and even give you a BSOD. Other software will still work, including 7zip, VLC media player.

Zorin OS - Linux based OS.

Also to those, if you upgrade to Windows 8, you cannot dual-boot because of it's secure boot, you can't even use VirtualBox on it and also Microsoft may sue you if you try to disable secure boot just as trying to jailbreak a phone. So do not upgrade, do not use Windows 8 in Virtualbox, and use these alternatives.

Update: There are false claims that a Windows XP end support message is a virus. It is not. The message is legitimate if you have Home Edition.

While Microsoft Offers Laplink PCMover Express for migrating to Windows 7 or 8, do not call the toll-free number.

Even without Fast Track, TPP can still go into force

Regardless whether House Democrat Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid opposing fast track, The TPP can still go into force with only 2 approvals (ratifications) out of the 12 members.

Minimum wage under the TPP would be downsized to the same amount as Vietnam and Malaysia of 28 cents per hour. And regardless the Democratic and some Conservative opposition,  Fast track could be approved if the GOP takes back the Senate and holds the House.
