Bandai Entertainment probably near shutdown as Blu-rays, DVDs, and Manga are discontinued

Bandai Entertainment announced today that all distribution of their titles in Blu-ray, DVD, manga, and novels. Either their titles are going online only and through mobile apps or that maybe a bad sign they're closing down for good. Three things why Bandai's sales are gone empty is because of torrenting, online piracy, and the economy.  Bandai USA arm has been closed down when it merged with Namco previously. The only anime companies that are now left is: Funimation, Viz Media, Sentai Filmworks/Section23, and Media Blasters. Viz will stop distributing its home video titles since they launched Neon Alley but it will be a slow start while their titles are on Crunchyroll and Toonzaki, now owned by Konami.
