Latest TPP leak reveals copyright term set at 70 years

Latest leak reveals that the copyright term in the TPP has been set to Life of the Author plus 70 years.

This means an anime's copyright that was expired or about to expire prior to the 1960s.

ISP liability:  Requiring ISPs to kick users off the internet is no longer in the TPP. But the safe harbor provision of the DMCA in the TPP is restricted.

The TPP will go into force in 2018, two years after it's ratified by all 11 countries. However,  it will be difficult for Congress to pass it because.
