Mike Pence to push for TPP vote if Trump resigns over Russian hacked election

As far as I can see it, Mike Pence will become interim president and push for TPP vote, If President Trump resigns. As far as how the news about the Russian hack of the 2016 election results, it seems likely that the TPP could get a vote.
