Better go back to the old paper and pen and the old postal service because big media wants ransomware (just like the FBI ransomware) and other malware to be used to combat piracy. This is not just limited to P2P, but also expands to those who use a web browser (primarily open-source), those who use copy/paste, or a paint program like MS paint, Photoshop, etc.
The IP Commission 84-page report again suggest using ransomware and other malware just like it's being done in the Dutch government. Again this is NOT limited to P2P.
Congress has will likely do this in the coming months, but as of now.
As for CISPA, The Senate would not be taking the bill up for vote.
But the worst thing is that in Page 83 of Chapter 13:
Organizations need to have systems - software, hardware, and staff to take real-time action to shut down free movement, lock inside doors, and immobilize attackers.
In other words, the big media would put you under house arrest. But this type of hardware to stop free-time movement would have to be a brain implant to force you against your will to obey the media, be uncreative, unproductive, and buy their products. Turning you into their mind-controlled robot.
The Paragraph suggests that companies should watermark, meta-tagging. Another paragraph suggests ransomware with instructions that people should call the police and confess their crime for a password. But you wont get the password to unlock your computer, except you will get arrested.
Start building an underground bunker and hide the entrance with fake grass.
